Black Tea is stronger, bolder and richer than green tea. Black Tea typically has more astringency and bitterness than green tea, but if brewed correctly it should be smooth and flavorful.
- Use 2 grams of Black Tea per 200 ml of water.
- Pour boiling water (1000C) into the cup over the tea.
- Brew for 3-4 minutes as desired then strain the tea and serve.
